Our Story 🍰

Hi, I’m Nisrine. I’m a proud mum of four and the person behind MiniBites.

This all started over ten years ago when I was looking for a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I wanted something special, something that truly reflected her and our family, but I just couldn’t find what I had in mind. So I decided to make it myself. That first cake sparked something I never expected.

I come from an Arab background, where food is at the centre of family, celebration and togetherness. Cooking and baking have always been a way of showing love in my home, so teaching myself to bake felt natural. I learned everything step by step, often late at night in my own kitchen, turning a passion into a registered home based catering business with a 5 star hygiene rating.

Today, I offer full catering for parties, dessert tables, buffets and custom cakes for all occasions. Everything I make is 100 percent halal, prepared with care, quality ingredients and a lot of attention to detail.

What truly motivates me is seeing the joy food brings. A child’s excitement when they see their dream cake, the kind messages from clients after an event, and knowing I played a small part in a special memory. Those moments mean everything to me.
